BEFORE REQUESTING

Check the account, rollover and payment details first

The withdrawal interface shows the current minimum, available method and account status. Promotion-specific rules may add different turnover or maximum-withdrawal conditions.

Standard deposit rule

Normal deposits generally require at least 1x rollover before withdrawal. Where shown, the standard maximum may be up to 50 times the latest qualifying deposit.

STANDARD GDBET RULES

The key figures to check before requesting payment

STANDARD MINIMUM

SGD 50 withdrawal

The standard GDBET minimum withdrawal is SGD 50. The live withdrawal interface remains the place to confirm the amount currently available to the account and the selected payment route.

NORMAL DEPOSIT

At least 1x rollover

A normal deposit generally needs at least one complete rollover before withdrawal. A promotion can apply a different turnover calculation and must be checked separately.

Latest-deposit maximum

Under the standard rule, the withdrawal maximum can be up to 50 times the latest qualifying deposit. A promotion-specific cap, account status or the live withdrawal display may set a lower applicable maximum.

HOW THE LIMIT WORKS

Read the standard rule and the promotion rule separately

Standard deposit example

If the latest qualifying normal deposit is SGD 100, the standard latest-deposit maximum can be up to SGD 5,000 after the required rollover is complete. This is a calculation illustration, not a promise that every balance or request will qualify for the full amount.

Promotion balance example

If a promotion states a fixed maximum, a bonus-multiple maximum or another withdrawal formula, that offer-specific rule applies to the promotional balance even when the standard latest-deposit calculation would produce a different figure.

  • Use the latest qualifying deposit shown for the current wallet cycle
  • Complete the standard 1x rollover or the different turnover stated by a promotion
  • Check whether only selected games or bets contribute to the requirement
  • Review any fixed, bonus-based or latest-deposit maximum attached to the balance
  • Confirm the amount accepted by the live withdrawal interface before submission

PROCESSING EXPECTATIONS

Most standard requests are quick, but timing is not guaranteed

Many GDBET withdrawal requests are completed within approximately 5–10 minutes after the account, rollover, payment and promotion conditions are satisfied. The period can be longer when a larger amount, payment-system delay, bank availability, mismatched information, duplicated request or additional review is involved.

Pending does not always mean rejected

A pending status can mean that a request is waiting for payment confirmation, record comparison or required information. Keep the order reference and ask support for the current status instead of submitting the same request repeatedly.

Cancelled or unsuccessful requests

If a request is returned or cannot be completed, review the wallet message and contact support. Common next steps can include correcting payment details, completing rollover or following a promotion limit.

WITHDRAWAL QUESTIONS

Important details members often overlook

Can I divide a balance into repeated requests?

Each request remains subject to the current wallet state, latest qualifying deposit, rollover and promotion rules. Dividing an amount must not be used to avoid an applicable maximum or review.

What if my bank details do not match?

Use payment information registered to the account holder. A mismatch can delay the request and may require correction or ownership verification before processing continues.

Does completing rollover guarantee approval?

No. Rollover is one condition. The minimum, maximum, account information, payment details, promotion terms and any necessary security review also apply.

Which record should I keep?

Keep the withdrawal order number, amount, submission time, current status and relevant promotion name. A screenshot helps support understand what the wallet displayed.
